What does my festival ticket get me?

Access to the best party in town! Your ticket gets you into the festival, where you can sip on amazing craft beer and wine, enjoy delicious food, and soak up great live music and entertainment. Oh, and your first drink? It’s on us—you’ll get a free token when you check in!

How do the tokens work?

Super simple! You can buy tokens as soon as you arrive. We take debit, credit, and have ATMs on-site, but bringing cash helps keep lines moving fast.

How much will beverages and food cost at the event?

Beer vendors offer $2 (4oz), $4 (8oz), and $6 (14oz) options. Food and other drinks will have a variety of prices—just bring enough tokens (or cash) to treat yourself!

Is this a 19+ event? Do I need to bring ID?

Yes! Since we’re serving alcohol, this event is strictly 19+. No exceptions—not even for infants or little ones in carriers. And yes, you must bring a valid photo ID to get in.

I don’t plan on drinking. Do I still need to buy a ticket?

Yes! Your ticket grants you access to live music, great food, and non-alcoholic beverage options. We fully support your choice not to drink and hope you’ll still join the fun!

When is last call?

The festival closes at 11:00 PM. Last entry is at 10:00 PM, and last call is at 10:30 PM. Please respect our venue, vendors, and the surrounding area when leaving.

Can I leave the festival and come back in?

Yes! You will receive a wristband upon entry and you may come and go as you wish until 10pm. So make sure you keep your wristband on!

Is there a smoking section?

Smoking of any kind (including cannabis) isn’t allowed inside the festival grounds—City of Ottawa by-law rules! But no worries—just ask one of our awesome volunteers, and they’ll point you to a designated smoking area outside the festival.

Are pets allowed access to the festival?

As much as we love furry friends, only service animals are allowed.

How do I get to the festival?

Walk, take public transit, grab a ride with your bestie, or call an Uber/Lyft. Just don’t drink and drive. Seriously.

Is there parking available?

There’s limited parking, and it’s first-come, first-served. If you don’t have a designated driver, leave your car where it is and get a ride home. It’ll still be there in the morning. Actually, we would prefer if you took a cab, ride-share, bus or simply be dropped off!

Do you accept debit and/or credit? Is there an ATM on-site?

Yes to all three! We accept debit, credit and have an ATM on-site. However, it’s best to bring cash to ensure all the lines move quickly!

Is the festival accessible for guests with disabilities?

Yes! We want everyone to have a great time. Our venues have accessible entrances and restrooms, and seating options are available. Need extra assistance? Give us a heads-up, and we’ll do our best to help.

What’s the refund policy?

Plans changed? No worries—you can request a refund up to seven days before the festival. Check your confirmation email for the details.
