Matt is a chef who’s been working in kitchens since 2010, building his skills through years on the line and a few behind the butcher’s block. After graduating from Algonquin’s Culinary Management program in 2021, he continued to refine his craft with a focus on respect for ingredients and honest, thoughtful food. In 2022, he earned recognition at the Ottawa Young Chef Competition, a milestone that marked the next step in his journey. In 2024, Matt opened his own restaurant, Tredici, where he brings together his experience and passion to create food that feels both familiar and unique.
