Born in Taipei, Taiwan, Ingrid moved to Canada at five years of age. Growing up in Vancouver, Ingrid was exposed to a plethora of culinary delights which fuel her inspiration today. She graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa with a grande diplôme. Ingrid is currently the Jr. Sous Chef at Aiana where she is training under the helm of Chef Raghav & Chef Alan.
